Grace Period

There is a 10-minute grace period for all virtual appointments. If you're running late, please communicate as soon as possible so we can accommodate your appointment in the best manner.

Late Policy

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your virtual appointment, your appointment may be considered a no-show & the session fee will be charged in full. If you know you're going to be late, please communicate as soon as possible.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled 48 hours (2 days) before your appointment may be charged 50% of the session fee. Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours or the same day of your appointment may be charged 100% of the session fee.

Card On File

A valid card on file is required to book an appointment. If your card declines, an invoice will be sent via email, text, or both & must be paid before future booking access is restored.

No Call, No Show

No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the session fee. If your card declines, payment must be made in full before future booking access is restored.

Virtual appointment guidelines

Please join your appointment on time, be in a quiet space with good lighting, complete any required forms, send clear photos to 682-351-7052 before each scheduled appointment, & have your current skincare products nearby for the best experience.

2 weeks before your appointment

No filler, botox, laser treatments, sunburns.

5-7 days before your appointment

Discontinue use of tretinoin, tazarotene, adapalene, or other prescription retinoids.
