Grace Period

There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. If you're running late, communicating that with your esthetician is very important to accommodate your appointment in the best manner.

Late Policy

There is a 15 minute grace period. The client must be inside the treatment room within this time frame. If the client arrives 15 minutes past their appointment time, they will be charged 100% of the service booked and will be marked as a no show. If you know you're going to be late, please contact your esthetician.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled 48 hours (2 days) before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service booked. Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours or the same day of your appointment will be charged 100% of the service booked.

Card On File

When booking, client must have a valid card on file and is required to save a valid card on file. If your card on file declines, an invoice will be sent via email, text, or both and will have to be paid. If you do not pay rescheduling or cancellation fee, you will no longer have access to book.

No Call, No Show

Clients who are past the 15 minute grace period and no call, no show will be charged 100% of the service booked. If your card on file declines, an invoice will be sent via email, text, or both and will have to be paid. If you do not pay no call, no show fee, you will no longer have access to book.

2 weeks before your appointment

No filler, botox, laser treatments, sunburns.

5-7 days before your appointment

Discontinue use of tretinoin, tazarotene, adapalene, or other prescription retinoids.

3 days before your appointment

Discontinue exfoliating products such as scrubs, AHA’s, BHA’s, any harsh products, etc.
